All We Art Announces the exhibition  Forms of the Journey , featuring artists Félix Ángel, Marta Luz Gutierrez, and Jesus Matheus. Public reception will take place on Thursday, April 16 from 6pm to 9pm. (Please RSVP to media @ allweartstudio.com). The three artists share Their Work as part of Their experience as Individuals Committed to artistic creation of the Journey That started several Decades ago When They migrated to the United States.

A resident of Washington for the last forty years, Félix Ángel is an artist, architect, curator, cultural administrator and author born in Medellin, Colombia. Also I have served as Commissioner on the Arts and Humanities for Washington, DC and is a contributing editor of the Handbook of Latin American Studies in the Library of Congress, since the year 2000. I've Received several national and international awards for His Work and His art is exhibited in several museums in Latin America, United States, and Europe; not to mention many private collections and more than 500 solo and group exhibitions worldwide.

An architect by training, Marta Luz Gutierrez was born in Medellin, Colombia and in 1985 arrived in Boston, Where She Enrolled at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Two years later, she transferred is to The Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC. There, she completed her BFA degree. Marta's multiple techniques, as a painter as well as a furniture designer, Reflect her varied professional background. Her work is always Informed by her constant search for abstraction. Marta's whimsical drawings, paintings and sculptures invite us to Have An alternative look at day to day life, and to experience the ordinary as extraordinary With Humor and in celebration of life. Marta has exhibited in galleries and museums in the United States, Spain and Colombia. Marta has her studio in Washington DC.

Influenced by modern Latin American artists: such as Joaquín Torres-García and Wilfredo Lam, as well as by Indigenous and pre-Columbian craft and folk art, Venezuelan artist Jesus Matheus Executes geometric, minimalist pieces That can not be Perceived as cold or sterile. Rather, the artwork Maintains the warmth and richness of Its historical foundations and archeological Becomes Almost in character. Matheus Jesus Taught Drawing and Printmaking has since 1992 at the Armando Reveron Institute, Caracas, and has exhibited extensively in South America and Internationally. His work is part of several public and private collections in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the United States, Spain, Switzerland, France, and Austria. The artist lives and works Currently in Boston, Massachusetts.

Since May 2014, has-been All We Offering Art exhibitions and programs in the heart of Georgetown in Washington, DC. Through  Forms of the Journey , All We Art Hopes to Further Their mission to serve as a multidisciplinary space dedicated to Promoting international cultural exchange-through exhibitions, cultural programs and related services.

This exhibition is in conjunction with Adah Rose Gallery  Motionless, I Stay and Go: I am a Pause featuring Felix Angel and Marta Luz Gutierrez. The exhibition runs from April 16, 2015-May 24, 2015 with a public Vernissage Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
